Functional Description of Parts
The welding end of the main pipe is precision machined into an arc-shaped groove that matches the outer diameter of the main pipe, and is fixed to the main pipe through fillet/groove welding
Strengthen the design of thickened forgings and compensate for the loss of opening strength (in accordance with ASME B31.3 reinforcement rules)
Standard butt welding groove (BW) for connecting branch pipes (angle support 90 °, 45 °, oblique joint, etc.)

Standard 90 ° pipe socket: vertical branch, smooth flow channel, petroleum main pipeline branch, chemical plant reactor interface
45 ° angled pipe socket: angled branch to reduce flow resistance in ship pipelines with limited space, compact equipment layout
Elbow socket: directly welded to the pump valve bypass and thermal pipeline expansion joint on the outside of the elbow
Socket welded pipe socket: The branch pipe end is equipped with socket (SW) instrument valve group and small diameter sampling point (≤ DN50)
Threaded pipe socket: NPT/BSPT threaded low pressure air system and fire protection pipeline for branch pipe end processing
