Basic composition
Three component structure: composed of a nut (locking ring), a cloud head (joint body with sealing surface), and a flat joint (connecting end), sealed by threading.
Connection method:
Threaded connection: The steel pipe is screwed into the screw hole for fixation, without welding, suitable for explosion-proof and high-altitude operation scenarios.
Socket welding: Welding steel pipes into socket holes for higher pressure bearing capacity.
Working principle
By relying on thread engagement to generate axial pressure, the sealing ring (made of silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.) is squeezed to achieve sealing. When disassembling, only loosen the nut without damaging the integrity of the pipeline.
