Threaded tee is a pipe fitting used in industrial pipeline systems to achieve medium diversion through threaded connections. The main body is made of stainless steel materials such as 304 and 316, and can be divided into equal diameter and reduced diameter types according to the size of branch and main pipes. Its structure includes two straight through openings and a vertical/angled branch pipe, which complies with domestic and foreign industrial standards such as GB/T14626 and ASME B16.11, and is suitable for pipeline systems in the fields of petroleum, chemical, and power. The patented technology improves the sealing and installation flexibility of traditional threaded tees, such as the groove design allowing for 360 degree rotation installation, and the clamping structure achieving mixed connection scenarios

Features

The threaded tee consists of a main pipe and a branch pipe. The main pipe has straight through openings at both ends, while the branch pipe is connected to the main pipe at a vertical or diagonal angle of 45 °. Set up circular cone threads or internal thread structures at the interface, and enhance the sealing performance through saddle shaped sealing rings. Some models have grooves on the outer wall of the connection end, which can be rotated and fixed with U-shaped clamps to reduce the directional restrictions of traditional tapered thread installation

Classification criteria
Equal diameter tee: Three ends with the same diameter, suitable for diversion scenarios of pipes with the same diameter
Reducing tee: The diameter of the branch pipe is smaller than that of the main pipe to achieve the merging or splitting of fluids with different diameters. According to the direction of the branch pipe, it can be divided into positive tee (vertical branch) and inclined tee (45 ° branch), and according to the manufacturing process, it can be divided into seamless tee and welded tee

Adjustment of flow distribution in oil and gas transmission pipeline
Connection of acid-base liquid transportation branch between chemical equipment reaction vessels
The building water supply and drainage system realizes the branching of cold and hot water pipes. In high-pressure steam pipelines, flange reinforcement is required to avoid leakage caused by insufficient pressure on the threads
