Produet Description

Four sided threaded pipe cap
Definition: Also known as square plug or square tube cap, it is used to close square or rectangular tube ports and is fixed by threading or inserting a hook.
Function: Protect the edge of the pipe mouth, prevent dust and leakage, decorate and beautify, reduce noise and slip.
hexagon cap
Definition: An internal/external threaded pipe cap designed with a hexagonal head, used to seal the end of a circular pipe.
Function: High pressure sealing (especially for oil and gas pipelines), leak prevention, anti vibration loosening, suitable for tool disassembly and assembly

1. Four sided threaded pipe cap
Scenario:
Industry: Mechanical arm frame protection, shelf dust prevention (LDPE economical type)
Civilian: Furniture floor mats, fitness equipment end caps (silent and non slip)
Selection:
Choose 316L stainless steel for corrosive environment; Choose nylon 94V-2 grade for fire protection requirements.
2. Hexagonal pipe cap
Scenario:
Energy: Natural gas pipeline sealing (UL/FM certified ductile iron type)
Nuclear power: Inconel 625 material can withstand high temperatures up to 800 ℃.
Selection:
High pressure oil and gas selective forging alloy steel; Choose plastic rubber ring sealing type for water treatment
