Manufacturing & Production Control
The production schedule was tightly controlled to meet KOC’s delivery timeline. Raw materials were sourced from qualified steel mills with full traceability. Our in-house heat treatment, machining, and coating facilities ensured that all components met the high standards required for high-temperature and high-pressure oilfield service.
Special attention was given to anti-corrosion coating, dimensional accuracy, and material certification (MTC EN 10204 3.1/3.2), as required by KOC’s engineering specification.
Packaging & Delivery
All materials were professionally packed in seaworthy wooden cases and steel pallets, with full marking and labeling for project traceability. The goods were shipped from Shanghai Port to Shuwaikh Port, Kuwait, with complete export documentation and certificate of origin (COO).
