1、 Socket four-way
The socket four-way is welded to achieve pipeline connection, with high sealing and pressure bearing capacity as its core characteristics, suitable for high pressure, high temperature or corrosive environments.
1. Structural characteristics
Components: socket, socket, bent part, socket slot. The socket and socket are located at both ends of the curved part, and the pipeline is fixed by socket slots.
Connection method: After inserting the steel pipe into the socket, it is ring welded to form a permanent seal, without the need for strict alignment of the pipeline, making installation convenient.
2. Manufacturing standards and materials
Standards: GB/T14383, ASME B16.11, BS3799 (mainstream international standards).
Material Science:
Stainless steel (304/316L, etc.), carbon steel, alloy steel (resistant to high pressure and corrosion).
Cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and plastics (applicable to specific media).

2、Threaded Cross
Threaded four-way can be disassembled through threaded tightening, emphasizing installation flexibility and maintenance convenience, widely used in medium and low pressure pipelines.
1. Structural characteristics
Connection form: Internal thread (G-thread, NPT, BSPP, etc.), partially supporting quick fit card sleeves.
Special design of four-way ball valve: X-shaped vertical channel, the ball rotates 90 ° to switch between two flow directions, achieving flow path conversion.
2. Manufacturing standards and materials
workmanship
Casting: Steel mold forming, low cost, suitable for conventional pressure (≤ 150LB).
Forging: Solid steel bar precision machining, high pressure resistant customization (up to 4500LB).
Material: Mainly made of stainless steel 304/316L, corrosion-resistant.
