Basic concepts
Concentric Swaged Nipple: Belonging to the category of reducing pipes, it is used to connect two pipes of different diameters, with their centerlines coinciding. When the fluid passes through, the flow direction is symmetrical and the resistance is small.
Both Ends Plain (BEP): Refers to pipe fittings with flat ends at both ends, without grooves or threads, fixed by welding or flange docking.
